Here you are provided with dental trays that are custom fit to keep the special whitening gel against your teeth. You can do this safely at home (with the proper instruction and coaching from your dentist).
This method offers results in about 5–10 sessions, though the degree of whitening can vary from person to person. Monthly touch-ups are required to maintain the white shade.
