I grew up in Kalama where my dad was the local dentist. So I guess you could say that dentistry is in my genes. I love dentistry and being able to help people achieve dental health.

I graduated from Loma Linda University school of Dentistry in 1998. For a brief period I had an office in Spokane. Then I moved back to the great northwest in 2002 and have had the privilege of practicing here ever since.

In 2007 we relocated from Winlock to Centralia, just in time to be flooded. That was quite an experience! Now I’ve keeping my fingers crossed that there won’t be another big flood any time soon.

In my free time I love to learn new approaches to achieve improved patient outcomes and I’ve been studying real estate investing. I also love to spend time with my family and kids!

I’m Desi and I am a Washington native.  I was born in Portland Oregon and moved to Castle Rock WA when I was about nine year old and have been here ever since.  I started in the dental field in 2014 and have loved it ever since.  I have one cat and one dog and like watching Netflix and playing video games with my cat.

I have worked with Dr Falter since March 2017 and really enjoy all of our patients and our team.  I look forward to meeting all new patients that come to our office.

As a new Dental Assistant, I am thoroughly enjoying my comprehensive training here at Fairway Dental Care.  I can’t wait to keep expanding on my dental knowledge and to keep gaining experience as I embark on this exciting new career!  I look forward to meeting more patients and helping them gain confidence in their smiles, one tooth at a time!

When I’m not at work, I’m probably playing epic RPG video games, amateurishly crafting with wood, or watching my tiny backyard grow with my spouse and cat. 🙂

Hi!   I’ve worked with Dr Falter since the beginning of time, well for the last 20 years at least.  I love working with our patients and getting to know each one as a person. To me, it’s the best part of working in a dental office.

When I get to work, it’s coordinating, training and overall doing what it takes to help the day flow smoothly. I also do a lot of behind the scenes work.

My favorite way to spend free time is with my three kids, who are the joy of my life. My daughter and I show British shorthair cats. We have fun going to shows together and raising kittens. I also love reading a good book.
